I loved this book! It's full of healthful recipes for salads, dips and dressings, soups and breads. And it even includes a great ratatouille recipe. I can't wait to try the Sweet Potato Burger, Apple Cakes and the Carrot Spice Smoothie too. It is summertime here in New Zealand and I will be drinking the Citrus Water daily!Was this review helpful?
