My recent trip to the ER indicated that I had a hiatal hernia. Before this incident I never experienced acid reflux-that I was awre of. Now I have much pain and discomfort, and I have lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time. This book gave me the essentials of what I needed wrapped up in a short set of digital pages. I highly recommend this book. It is a quick, get-to-the-point guide that helped now.

Easy Read. Informative and to the point. I have regular problems with reflux due to a hiatal hernia and have to watch what I eat. When i get off track this book is great for helping me stay focused on what I need to do to get back on track.

Well written and easy to follow information for an all too common problem. Good material to share with others.

This was not a book! It is a 15 page pamphlet. The same information is readily available in any article about the subject. Only about 5 pages were about "eating" to treat.
