I was educated so I can help myself with diet foods that heal. For example, eat the whole fruit not the juice and why cherries are good for you. Easy to read, not wordy or above your head science. Just simple directions that will make you well and many of my questions were answered. I hope it will help you as well.
Book is short but gives quick food lists.

It's nice to know that there are other ways to prevent painful gout attacks besides taking medication. The lifestyle changes these doctors are proposing seem reasonable and quite doable. Easy to read and follow.
