    Worth the read

    As a vegetarian soon to be on a fixed budget, this title was appealing as am also seriously moving toward being vegan. There are some terrific recipes in the book and some good information about the benefits of a plant-based diet. The issue with the recipes, for me anyway, was that none of them contained nutritional values such as serving size, calorie count, grams of fiber, sugar, fat, etc. If you're not worried about that, it's a helpful and thoughtfully written book. If you are monitoring your values, you'll have to find a way to figure that out.
