    Have not found a better diet yet!

    Michel Montignac helped me and my husband overcome our yo yo dieting problems. We both lost over 35 lbs each and kept it off in over a year. We made this diet our lifestyle. We could only recommend this to anyone.

    Excelent Eating

    If your looking to lose weight and eat great meals, you will love this book. It explains everything you need to know about why we gain the weight and how to lose it. I was amazed at how easy it is, after losing over 40lbs. in just four months. The guidelines are easy to follow, and you can still eat out at your favorite restaurant. This is the only diet book you'll ever need. If you have a friend that wants to lose weight, this book is the best gift you could ever give. All my friends are loving it.
