    Great Reference but drink lots of coffee to keep awake

    A very informative reference on nutrition in general and especially for the clean eating plan. The author really has in depth knowledge on this subject and nutrition in general. HOWEVER, I would not say that it's the most exiting For Dummies book to read. I can't seem to get thro this book. It is utterly too boring to read more than a few pages at a time. I'm forcing myself to finish this book simply because I bought it! But I just don't know when it will be.
