This was a great resource for me during my pregnancies. It took all the guesswork out of what to cook and eat. Each day, for each month of pregnancy, has a menu scheduled out for you, even for a pre-pregnancy month. You get Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, with morning and afternoon snacks. The recipes are simple and tasty, with (mostly) ordinary ingredients. I chose to not eat as much as it suggests, but I just loved to have it all planned out for me. There is some good month-by-month verbiage in the first part of the book as well, explaining nutritional needs in each month. I happened upon this in a used-book store.
