I am transitioning to a raw food diet for my health and mental clarity. It was very hard at first. I didn't realize how much I use the flavors and textures of my food as therapy for my emotions. I had no clue how to make Raw foods that tasted good and satisfied my craving for tastes and textures of cooked foods. Also I was doing this alone, nobody around me want to even think about eating the way I was. This book showed me how to make raw meals fit for a king simply and healthfully. Now even my extended family and my 2 year old son ask for and enjoy my raw food preparations.
