I play this while working on my computer and find it very soothing. The selections are varied.
This has to be my favorite CD... I bought it so assist with my meditation practice however, find myself using it all day, beautiful background, never intrusive, and my granddaughter drifts right off to sleep with it..that's just a bonus!
If you need to chill out, just close your eyes and put this in the CD player. It is awesome. You will be instantly in another mode by the second selection. Very soothing.
This is great sounds for meditating or just quieting the mind on days that appear to be moving to fast. I am one for just sitting still to meditate, but this music has taken my meditation to another level in consciousness. Yes, I am grateful for all the front and center Mystics!
Be sure you want to be relaxed when you play this beautiful combination as it truly does "quiet your mind!"
