I'm vegetarian, not vegan, but use this cookbook as much as my others. It might not have pictures, but it's packed full of simple, quick recipes from basic sauces to casseroles. Some very good flavor combinations here, as well as inspiring quotes and advice on living an ecologically-friendly life!
