I have found the missing piece to the puzzle of growing my business--an understanding of economics. This book gave me a different view of my customers and how to get or keep them. I don't have a college degree and everything I heard from my friends with college degrees was negative when it came to understanding economics. This book is simple, positive, and extremely helpful in tweeking the way you think and explaining people as customers.
