    So Good We Bought More

These how to draw books are amazing. My 4 year old son loves using them and sharing them with the kids at daycare. We have since bought the other books by Ed Emberley and know how to draw animals, faces, trucks, and even some weirdos. Great for both children and adults - students and teachers. It is great to build up artistic confidence. The Drawing Book of Animals has become the favorite of them all.

I had this book when I was a child (in the early 70's) and loved it. In looking for a gift for a friend... I found it again and cant wait to share it!

Highly recommended! This will inspire the artist in any child and a few adults too!

This is another example in the list of Mr. Emberley's how to draw books. All the steps are broken down so that anyone can follow. It's a great book and a wonderful addition to the book collection of any family.

    Highly recommended

I had countless hours of fun with this book as a child and it still remains my favorite beginning drawing book for young children. All of Emberley's books are great for fostering the talent of young artists.

This book is great for someone who thinks he can't draw.

I love Ed Emberley's art books. I tutor kindergarten children and many of them become frustrated when they try to draw a picture. These books show a child how to draw many things using simple shapes. They are also good for adults who interact with children. I have had fun with them personally by creating personal greeting cards for my grandchildren. <BR/>Susie McCauley

    Can't live without it

I bought this book as a college student in the mid sixties and used it with children from kindergarten through high school. I can't think of anything that helped raise kids' self-confidence more than the methods illustrated in this book. It should be a part of every parent's, teacher's and scout leader's library.

    Excellent!!!

When I was a little kid I had this book, and I drew everything in it. The drawings are so charming, and it's easy and fun to learn how to reproduce them. Perfect for the budding young artist.

    Ed Emberely

I loved this book. When I was in fourth grade I used to look for all the 'Ed Emberley books' that I could beacause it was just basic drawing, now as a seventh grader I still love drawnig just as much.I found that most poeple that think they can't draw thought otherwise after they came to Ed Emberly's books.Ed Emberly is noe of my heros! :^)
