I have really enjoyed this cookbook. There is a nice variety. The directions are clear and concise and there aren't any unusual ingredients that would have you rushing out to a specialty or gourmet store to purchase. Most of the ingredients I have on hand. My family has enjoyed each thing I've made. And since they're all so picky that's saying a lot!
