Meet the Author

To write or not to write. It isn't so much a question as it is a need. With so many characters vying for a chance for their story to be told, it's little wonder this California native took the plunge and penned a short romance.Miriam finds pleasure in bringing her characters to life, giving them a chance to tell their story as only they can. She writes what interests her--contemporary and, most recently, sci-fi/fantasy--and always ensures her characters find the happily-ever-after they rightfully deserve.

    # of Pages

I usually wonder how many pages a book has, so I am doing what I wish others would. Telling you the number of pages. There are 82 pages. Sorry if you think I was dumb for doing this but some people may find it helpful. (I know I would!)

    eh....just ok

It was a quick, mindless read. Not really anything special. The grammatical and editing errors killed me!

    more from this reviewer

    great short story

I couldn't put this short story down. It was a very quick 80 pages. I did wish the love story would contiue and I felt like this could be a full length novel. It was a fun quick read in the evening before bed.

    not well developed

the story itself was ok, but it had no flow. the characters had great potential, but things were left unfinished...or at least they felt that way. it was a quick and easy read, only took me an hour with seveal people talking to me.

I shudder to think about the authors own love life.

I pray that the author is a freshman in college just starting out in the world. I have read both Edith and Brenin one consecutive days on the treadmill. I am haunted by the thought that a pizza in a hotel room, a burger and bowling make for a courtship worth making a lifelong commitment for. Don't sell yourself short honey! With a bit of effort i think you could shape these books into something quite lovely. I also thought Edith's childish sulky behavior at her own sister's wedding reception was shameful and i hope you edit this in the future.

    Great Author

I have read several books by this author and she is phenomanal. Edith was a wonderful read but Brenin is even better. I look forward to reading more from this author.

    It was great.......

It was a great book. I enjoyed it a lot. It was some what, what expected. I think it should have been a little longer, but it was great.

    Charming!

Lots of people don't believe in love at first sight. I do. They have only 10 days but that's all it takes.
