It also analyses the present system of training prevailing in Private sector banks and attempts to study the impact of present training system on productivity, quality of work life and job satisfaction. The data collected from employees of two Private sector banks were analyzed using appropriate tools. The findings from the study indicate that the training programme provided by the Private sector banks are effective. Further the study also proved that there is a close association with training program given in the banks and productivity, quality of work life and job satisfaction.
