A surprise of a book that has what is needed and nothing else to cloud the issue(s). The author is teaching material that is known among the very best teachers, masters, athletes, etc., for producing the best results in wellness, life, sports, and more. That said, the majority of books and teachers miss much of the material in this book. A person (reader) is not likely to come across a source like this unless they receive a generous in-person teaching from the best. Well done! Truly has the 'missing ingredients'.

A lot of deep information in this book. Has insights that I have not seen, and I am 66 years old! The book also keeps on giving more with each reading, as the author suggested it would. The exercises were easy for me to do, and I felt better than I thought I would as a result. The various principles were illuminating. The little journal was very helpful. I highly recommend this book for any person who wants to improve his or her life.
