Not only does it teach you how and where to properly tap, it also displays the many different scenarios in which tapping is very beneficial.

    EFT and Tapping for Beginners is a good way to learn about EFT if you know little to nothing like I did. I found it useful because the book makes it easy to learn about tackling your own issues-both physical and emotional without the use of pharmaceutical drugs. The information about the origins of tapping is also interesting because it is important to know that what you are getting into isn’t just a bunch of hoopla. If you want to help yourself both physically and mentally, I definitely recommend it!

    What a wonderful discovery.  “EFT and Tapping for Beginners” explains just what Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is and how to do it.  There are many benefits to learning this very easy technique.  It will help reduce stress, lose weight and relieve pain.  I feel much more focused and calm after practicing for only a few days.

    EFT and Tapping for Beginners is an interesting book.  It talks about a way of healing that is totally costless and drug free.  The book explains the benefits, both physical and mental, that tapping can help with.  There are explanations with pictures to help make sure you are executing the tapping’s correctly.  I enjoyed reading this book!

    If you are interested in alternative medical practices, or even if you are just curious, this book on Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a perfect place to start. EFT is not as new as you may think. In fact, it has a lot in common with acupuncture, a practice nearly 5,000 years old. The book explains the origins of EFT and Tapping, how it can benefit your physical and emotional health, and how it is performed. The authors advise getting the okay from your doctor and include all the information you need to start immediately. All in all this is a very interesting read and takes some of the mystery out of this method of therapy.

    You owe it to yourself to read this book and learn the techniques of tapping. It’s so easy to do, and takes so little time out of your day that you’ll wonder why everyone doesn’t do it. The craziest part is that it actually works! Say “no” to stress for the rest of your long life!

    This book on EFT will appeal to you if you’re simply looking for a manual to tell you how to accomplish the tapping techniques without getting too preachy about any of the concepts behind it. It really pounds into just how much damage stress does to our bodies, and how the simple EFT tapping can combat stress, fears, and ill health. Everything is spelled out in layman terms, which is nice. And yes, tapping works—and the manual will go over exactly what it can and cannot treat. Perfect book for someone who’s interested in EFT and doesn’t know much.

    blockages in the body, thereby relieving stress, fear, anxiety, and help with issues like illness
    and obesity. This book is a great primer on the subject, and does an excellent job of showing,
    through both text and diagrams, how the practice works, where the tapping points are on the body,
    and where the practice came from (it’s based on the same ideas as acupuncture!). I’d recommend
    this book to anyone looking for an easy and non-invasive way to help cope with the stresses of
    everyday life, and who doesn’t mind a little tapping here and there!
