Overview

English Translation: In 1992. Anil, after fifteen years of absence, returns to Sri Lanka. The ONU is the one in charge to him, given its specialty like forense anthropologist, who carries out an investigation. The country lives between bloody convulsions, with three forces in conflict: the Tamiles Tigers, the Popular Army of Liberation and the paramilitary groups. The government assigns toAnil a collaborator, doctor Sarath Diyasena, expert university professor in archaeology and that seems to have contacts everywhere... Together they will improvise a laboratory in which they will examine the rest of a found skeleton where it did not correspond. For Anil the experience is brutal. It has returned to a different country where the barbarism has a common denominator: it does not take Weapon. Sri Lanka is the horror and the light, is the forest of the asceta Thirama, is the country of the escultor Ananda, that will reconstruct the characteristics of the face of the skeleton from its skull, and is also the country of Gamini, a surgeon whose hospital marches past the victims of the attacks... In that kaleidoscope of emotions and encounter. Anil will not be able to distinguish between friends and enemies, not even when the danger becomes unbearable.
