About the Author

Clément Rosset is a French philosopher who studied under the direction of Louis Althusser and Jacques Lacan. He was a professor of philosophy at the University of Montreal and then at the University of Nice. He is the author of over 20 books, including La force majeure, Le réel et son double, and Loin de moi: Etude sur l'identité.
