Meet the Author

Alexander Stille is a journalist and the author of Benevolence and Betrayal, which won the Los Angeles Times Book Award, and Excellent Cadavers. He has also contributed to the Boston Globe, the New York Review of Books, the New York Times, and the New Yorker and is currently the San Paolo Professor of International Journalism at Columbia University. He lives in New York City.
