"Electric" by Pet Shop Boys is a satisfying song collection of electronica and synth pop type hits. There is something for many people on "Electric" and the musical style points to how the Pet Shop Boys are getting even better. "Axis", "Love Is A Bourgeois Construct","Flourescent", "The Last To Die", "Thursday" (feat. Example), and "Vocal" are among the phenomenal tracks included in "Electric". I have had the chance to watch their "Vocal" music video which is also superb. "Electric" by Pet Shop Boys is an excellent music feature for casual fans, diehard Pet Shop Boys fans, and/or those who enjoy elements of synth-pop and electronic music.

This 12th album from the iconic English synth pop survivors comes just ten months after Elysium and is their first not to be released on Parlophone, instead coming out on their own x2 imprint via Kobalt Label Services. A deliberate antithesis to the "elegiac" Elysium, this album, co-produced by Stuart Price (Madonna, Seal, Kylie Minogue), is a straight-ahead dance record, as revealed on the relentless, surging single "Axis," which at times has the feel of a souped-up version of their '80s material.
