Overview

Electrical Nutrition is a new way of looking at health based on the electrical construct of the human body and Denie Hiestand's background in engineering, agriculture and knowledge gained from years of clinical experience working with thousands of international clients. He writes about how to stop degeneration and start regeneration so we can live a full and happy life. He has the ability to explain difficult concepts in an easy, logical way that allows you to work towards perfect health.

Denie has the ability to tune into and become aware of the electrical functions of the body at a deep level, both cellular and electrical, seeing the electrical malfunctions and ascertaining the causes of dis-ease states developing. In Electrical Nutrition and his clinical work, Denie addresses not only the electrical and physical manifestation, but also, the contributing emotional, spiritual, nutritional and lifestyle factors.

About the Authors:

Denie Hiestand is an internationally published author, Vibrational Medicine specialist, teacher and healer, with qualifications in six different healing art modalities. Starting his professional career as a Metallurgical Engineer, he then spent twenty years of his life gaining the foundation of his knowledge of nutrition in the farming industry. He is founder and Dean of the International Academy of Vibrational Medical Science, which has teaching facilities in the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Switzerland. Denie's advanced healing techniques are based on the culmination of his life long experience and deep knowledge and understanding of the human body's electrical circuitry. Often referred to as the "Body Electrician", Denie strives to enlighten the medical community and humanity about the importance of the body's circuitry, its repair and maintenance, and the everlasting benefits of honoring your inner self. Recognized as one of the world's most powerful healers, Denie Hiestand also incorporates in his writing, lectures and courses a very deep understanding of how to live life to the fullest, to follow one's heart, to be in joy and be all you can be.

Shelley Hiestand graduated from Otago University, Dunedin, New Zealand with an honors degree in Law. She has traveled the world researching Vibrational Medicine and the effectiveness of movement, music and meditation in the healing process. She has been practicing Transcendental Meditation since 1984 and has studied many other forms of meditation in India and Asia, including Vispassana and the active Osho meditations. She has also studied Chinese Accupressure Massage, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Tantra/Love and Consciousness, Astro-Drama, Movement Theatre, Music Improvisation, Gabrielle Roth's 5 Rythms Dance, African Dance and Traditional Circle Dances. Shelley attained her Reiki masters in 1995 and has since created a chakra dance process that awakens and harmonizes the body's energy centers through the playful use of movement, meditation and music. Co-founder of the International Academy of Vibrational Medical Science, Shelley co-facilitates the Academy's seminars and workshops.

Editorial Reviews

Leading Edge Review
Electrical Nutrition is a practical self-help health book that will stimulate and challenge many belief structures, but if put to the test, will drastically improve health and vitality. Not only does it cover nutritional information, but is also food for the body, heart and soul. Powerful, dynamic, and controversial, the authors take an electrical/energetic perspective of everything from understanding ourselves, our bodies, and our world, to alleviating disease and formulating our supplements and medicine. Denie's message is so simple. The universe is energy. We are part of the universe. We are energy. Connect truthfully with the energy that is BOTH you and the so-called "universe," and you can finally live a healthy, unfragmented life.
Michael Peter Langevin
This book is a greatly needed wake up call! In one chapter the authors state it is due time for each of us to take responsibility for our health and quality of life. The premise of the book is that electricity is essential to all of us and that each stage of refinement our food and water have to go through, the less electricity it supplies our bodies. This book does not steer clear of controversial statements! It says grain products are terrible for us electrically. Even our water is electrically dead. Fresh meat and unrefined dairy products supply the best electrical supply. These are followed by fresh fruit and vegetables grown non-commercially and eaten without other foods. NutraSweet is now included in a huge amount of processed foods and is the main cause of Alzheimer's disease, diabetes, and cancer. The American Diabetic Association is mostly sponsored by the main producer of NutraSweet, Monsanto. This is a book that forces you to reexamine your eating habits. It also forces the question of why would pharmaceutical companies, the food conglomerates, and the AMA want the general public to realize that if they only change their eating habits they wouldn't need any of their products or services. Read this book!
