    Another fantastic and original read!

I read and adored, MARKED. I couldn't wait for the sequel. ELEMENTAL -doesn't disappoint. I LOVED this book. It was beautifully written, with plot twists and turns, and the perfect amount of romance. I recommend this book to anyone who is tired of the same old paranormal/fantasy book. This book has it all.

This must be the most original series I have read in a long time. ELEMENTAL is even better than the first book. Kara dies again at the beginning--and the action takes off. The story follows her as she tries to find her mother's soul, taken by Demons. At the same time, Kara is hunted by the Legion, and ventures into the demon realm--Netherworld. She is faced with even more challenges and discovers the real truth about who she is. This book is so amazing, I couldn't put it down. The writing is so captivating and every page left me clinging for more. The suspense just kept me going. The book ends on a cliffhanger, and I'm dying to find out what happens to Kara in the last installment of this series. Can't wait to read more. Great book!

    I highly recommend this

After I had read and reviewed the first book in this series Marked: Soul Guardians Book 1 I couldn't wait to read the next book. I very much enjoyed Elemental just as much as Marked. Very well written and like the first book I was hooked from the very beginning. Now I can't wait for Horizon (Soul Guardians # 3). This series is a must read.

    Better than the first!

I couldn't wait to read this book. I really enjoyed, Marked, and I found this book to be even better. It was great. Kim Richardson does an amazing job in this sequel. Fast paced, funny, and well written. I thought Marked was a new and never been done before take on young adult paranormal romance, but Elemental was just phenomenal. This is a real page turner. If you're looking for a well written paranormal book with great characters, mystery and suspense that is new and different, this series is exactly what you're looking for. I hope there's going to be more.I recommend this book to those who want something different. Fantastic!

Reviewed by Sylvia H. for Readers Favorite

"Soul Guardians", Book 2 "Elemental" by Kim Richardson continues where her "Soul Guardians Marked" left off. The main character Kara Nightingale, who is a soul guardian/guardian angel, has single-handed help to vanquished the evil demon lord. In the process, Kara has saved the "elemental" child from being devoured. Book 2 "Elemental" finds Kara has returned to earth in her human form and reunited with her guardian angel mother. However, Kara's time in her newly restored earthly form is all but short-lived. Kara is again marked for death by the demon lord and finds herself back in Horizon with the elders. Kara Nightingale's newest adventure on a top secret assignment and the truth about her "elemental" powers and parentage sends Kara on a journey that she will never forget.

Author Kim Richardson's ability to tell a story about the world of angels and demons is all but astonishing. Every chapter that she writes about Kara and her adventures paints a complete, vivid picture in my mind's eye, and helps to make the story of Soul Guardians come alive. Readers will enjoy this book because with each new obstacle that Kara faces, and problems that she encounters, "Elemental" reads like a wonderful supernatural mystery. I really liked how Kim Richardson made her second book as much a fast paced and intriguing turn pager like her fist book in the "Soul Guardian" series. And, I was saddened when the book stopped on a cliff hanger, and in vain kept turning the end pages hoping to find more. I can hardly wait to find out what the end will have in store for Kara Nightingale in what seems will be continued in her next saga in the series "Soul Guardians".

    Wonderful!

I loved the first book in the Soul Guardians series, and let me tell you-the sequel doesn't disappoint. Kara dies at the beginning and goes back to Horizon. While on the job, her mother's soul disapears. She goes against all the laws and escapes the angel prison to go after her mother. With more romance between her and David, i thought it was great. Better than the first!

    Great book!

I loved this book. If you enjoyed Marked, you're going to love this one! This has to be my favorite new series. Well written, great characters, and a real interesting plot. This book is original and funny, with the perfect amount of romance.

    Great Series. Enjoyable Read.

I had sixty pages left in this book when I went to bed. After an hour and a half, my husband asks me if I have finished, if he could turn off the light. I had to sheepishly admit to being fifty pages into Horizon, the sequel to Elemental. Oh, I love my Nook. When I finish one book I have the next one at my finger tips!

    Coulnt put it down!

I read this book amd the first bnook in the series also is two days each, starting at night for both books and finishing by noon for both books. Great series, suggest it to anyone in need of a scifi book that doesn't include stupid, cheesy romance like twilight, or lame vampires like in twilight also. Yeah I read all the books seen all the movies completely lame. Waste of time when u could b reading this! And I am twelve so don't say that only people above 30 dislike twilight, heard that a bagillion times before...

    ..

My only gripe is that it was WAY to short. The free book was twice as long. If you're going yo make us pay for something, at least make it worth the money. The second and third book seemed like they should have been one book but were split in anticipation of making more money. What a shame. While you're getting greedy there dear author...don't forget, it's we readers who fill your bank account. Be kind...
