Overview

Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher
From the reviews:

"This is an Italian-written text-book for a university course on fluid dynamics, at both undergraduate and graduate level. In particular, this book is intended for engineering courses, but also some physics and mathematics courses may find it suitable for studying several topics of applications. The emphasis of the authors is on modeling, mathematical rigor, as well as numerical approach. … well-detailed and commented bibliographic references, suitable for students as well as for teachers." (Fabio Bagagiolo, Zentralblatt MATH, Vol. 1115 (17), 2007)
