Also on the inside front cover, it lists NOAH as available now. That title will be published in September, 2008.

Sorry for any confusion.

They are called the Demons, one of the elusive Nightwalker races living in shadow and struggling for survival against their human enemies. Their proudest warrior is Elijah, a man who bends for nothing and no one. . .until one woman brings him to his knees. . .

Some Feelings You Just Can't Fight

He is known as the Warrior Captain—a master of every weapon, a fierce soldier sworn to protect his kind. Powerful, relentless, merciless, Elijah has always won every battle he's ever taken on—until now. Ambushed by necromancers, he is left for dead only to be discovered by the woman who could very well deliver the final blow. . .Siena, the Lycanthrope Queen.

With three centuries of warring, little more than a decade of uneasy peace has existed between the Lycanthropes and Elijah's people. Now, after a lifetime of suspicion, the warrior in Elijah is consumed with a different battle—winning Siena's heart by giving her pleasure beyond all boundaries. What starts as attraction and arousal soon burns into a passion with consequences that will echo through the ages for both their people. And as would-be enemies become inseparable lovers, another threat approaches, one with the power to destroy them all. . .

Surrender to the night.

Editorial Reviews

Publishers Weekly

Setting aside the centuries of warfare between them, the Demons (paranormal but neither Biblical nor evil) and Lycanthropes are working together to defeat the Necromancers, who threaten both their races. When Demon warrior captain Elijah is nearly killed in an ambush, he is rescued and restored by none other than Siena, the Lycanthrope queen. Before long they discover a powerful attraction, but Siena fears that giving in to love will mean relinquishing her power. After the heavy world-building in Frank's last two Nightwalker books (Jacoband Gideon), newcomers may struggle to keep straight the various paranormals and their powers; they'll be more comfortable in the romance department, which proves steamy in the extreme, occasionally bordering on deep purple. Both leads are strong, and Frank grants her hero a refreshing measure of insight into the relationship. What works even better is the camaraderie that develops between the Nightwalker "tribes," as Frank plunges deeper into her dark world. (Dec.)

Okay, I know she probably put all the old info in just in case someone read from somewhere else but the beginning. It was like that in the 2nd book too, but as you can imagine, as the get into the series, there's more to recap. Anyway, I loved loved loved Elijah. It was like I was imprinted with him, lol! The author does a really good job at describing his feelings along with the other characters. I like this book and this series because it dives in to the type of romance and understanding of our significant others that we crave but sometimes fall short. This book is hot like the other two with quite a bit of humor. I found myself smiling as I was reading. Elijah is pretty funny and somewhat like the typical male until he shares his emotions with the woman he is matched with (I won't say who for those who may not have guessed). I already started reading Damien and can't wait for more info on the traitors!

I skipped a lot of this book. I love frank (Drinkof Me is one of my all time favs) but i just couldnt get past all the other side stories in this book. It was supposed to be about elijah but whole sections were about other characters - at least half the book. I was def let down with this book, especially since Gideon set up the story of elijah and sienna so well.

This book was a good read. I felt it was overly describing stuff in some areas. I had to skip thoes pages. It was my first time reading from this author.. im going to read jacob and bella. Oh yes. I felt a few of her ideas were taken from other writters and altered here and there or that could be me...
