More than just a book about training it's about life values

This is extremely well-written. It's more than just a book on training and how to be a trainer. It's about life values and just ways of going through life. A very well thought out and very well-written book. Frank T., Catagory II U.S.C.F. competitive cyclist

Ivey has written a brilliant book that is full of real world application. I especially liked the chapter about sales. A steal at only $12.
