Through movement and spoken core value centering affirmations such as "I am" and "I listen", energizing affirmations, "I am loved" and "I am good enough" as well as releasing affirmations "I release my need to control" and "I forgive", you will tap your true energy source. The practice starts with meditation and ends with the relaxation portion and the “I know” affirmations.

The Meditative Movement philosophy is that we are all created perfect, whole and complete. Our experiences, thoughts and unexpressed emotions are all stored in our bodies.
