Teresa of Avila, the sixteenth-century Spanish mystic, teaches you how to explore the interior castle that is your spiritual home. Room by room while praying, Teresa helps you explore these questions: Who is God? How can I communicate with God? and How can I shape my life so intentionally that I might embrace God? Dwight Judy is Teresa's assistant in this spiritual adventure, for he uses a variety of charts and exercises to help you inhabit your interior castle through prayer and meditation.
