What I liked about this book is that it helps you to live with and thus reduce anxiety by learning how to accept it and not try to fight it. So many other methods try to teach unrealistic tactics that promise to get rid of your anxiety, which is frustrating when that does not happen. If you can learn to not be so afraid of it you will ultimately lessen it's power over you. That is what this book helps the reader to do.
