Meet the Author

Rebekah is an empty-nester, living in the Southeast with her husband and faithful Husky Zeena. Taught to read at a young age, she cannot remember a day since, without a book in her hand. After dreaming night after night of a tall, slender, blonde hair girl walking down a dirt road in Africa and the dream ending in the same place, she started writing down the dream. Six months later, Emerald Eyes and the Legend of the Snow Wolves series had begun. The second series, The Red Wolf Chronicles, is about a rogue wolf who makes a living hunting down and capturing the most heinous of criminals. His biggest competition is a female bounty hunter who ends up being a ... oops, that's the best part. The third series is The Battle for Zarcon Saga [Science Fiction /Futuristic / Military/ Alien Planets, etc]. While not a romance, the two major characters will be a male and a female. He is an up and coming Captain from the slums and she is the spoiled rotten Cadet who are thrown together for much different reasons by her father, a high ranking General. The only love between the two is that they love to hate each other. After finishing Battling Avon, her husband Jeffery, knew the story could not end there. He knew Jax had to return to earth as a deserter and rebel. Together they wrote the outline for Operation De-Ice during his forty-mile drive to work which they have co-authored.

It was good, but some letters were missing from the words, so it was hard to read. And there was some profanity also. But i really enjoyed the plot of the story and the characters too!

This was a very poorly written book and I'm not just referring to the abundance of typos and grammatical errors. I could not really get into the story because the entire book the author summarizes events rather than allow the characters to tell you the story. The dialogue was cheesy but the basis of the story was actually good, which is the only reason I finished the book. I wanted to know the ending result because the author built a semi-interesting world however the delivery was less than stellar. I'd like to wait a couple of years and see if this author's writing style develops more because she has great ideas but as I've said before poor delivery. Oh and she also needs to make things a little more realistic, I mean I know we're talking paranormal romance but 28 year old virgin men, 40-60 year old men who haven't had sex in 20+ years, and two 20 something year old virgin females all in one book is just comical! Not saying the entire world is made up of sluts but these are wolves! People who have more baser and animal instincts than most, like the instinct to hunt and mate.

I applaud the effort of the author, for writing such a long book. But, with that being said, to me it was awful. I was 45pgs in and the main female character had already sobbed, cryed, teared up, and felt her heart shattering. And it wasn't even at the sad parts! The main male lead was a wounded pansy. Good story line, poorly written dialogue and horrible character personalities.
