I sincerely thought the third book in the series could never top the first too but I was mistaken. After all the gang had been through, I thought the author would run out of twists and turns but this had me on the edge of my seat just like the first two did, if not more. I love Manny Williams and I can't wait for the next book.

I was not disappointed. The characters and plot are very entertaining if you enjoy a good crime/mystery story. Rick Murcer is on a par with Sanford, Child, Connelly, et al.

I enjoyed all of this series. Glad to see the bad guy is caught, thought. He was an exceptionally bad bad guy.

608 pages, no chapter listing. All the characters are back in great style. Good suspence including betrayal and deciet. So good I read in 1 day. Could not put down. Only problem is the book in the series does not come out until 2012. Don't forget to read the first two books in the series.

As I said on the other book, I'm glad the killer is gone!! Very "on the edge of your seat" book and couldn't put it down. But now I need a break from serial killers!
