All Music Guide - David Jeffries
Coming off as massive as ever, the 2012 edition of Jesus Culture features Derek Johnson, Mary Kat Ehrenzeller, Nate Ward, and Justin Jarvis, a young quartet of worship leaders who bring a Hillsong United-styled sound to the group. Odd that "I Won't Settle" is chosen as the closer, as it doesn't reach the epic heights of some earlier material, but shuffling it back into the set is simple, making Emerging Voices an easy recommendation.

The best Christmas present I received last Christmas from our worship leader; I have played this album till it won't play anymore.  I love it!  I haven't always been a big Christian music fan, being as I spent many of my nights pre-salvation in dance clubs and all night raves, I found it hard to find music in the Christian genre that was comparable to their secular counterparts.  But as I blasted this in my car and I my house, I found myself dancing all over the place, stomping my feet, in complete worship and covered in the Holy Spirit.  Doused and on fire is exactly what you are going to get with this album.  I can't wait to start hearing and hopefully singing this in the worship centers across the U.S.  Give it a chance...you won't regret it.
