I have been in love with Emeril since I visited one of his resta

I have been in love with Emeril since I visited one of his restaurants. The food was delicious and I wanted to work his magic on my own. The results have been phenomenal. The Turkey Meatballs are delicious and allow me to keep up with my new eating habits. I'd also recommend the Curry Pumpkin Soup. I highly recommends this book.

My husband & I have made at least 7 recipes in this cookbook

My husband & I have made at least 7 recipes in this cookbook, and have enjoyed every meal.  They are easy and quick to prepare, and layered with flavor.  We do not own Emeril's electronic appliances (used a crock pot & stovetop pressure cooker), however the recipes adapt perfectly to other models.  His pressure cooker Red Beans & Rices takes less than 10 to prep and cooks in about 30 and is so delicious you'd think you were in NOLA.
