Emeril Lagasse is a chef, restaurateur, and author of fifteen bestselling cookbooks including his most recent book, Farm to Fork: Cooking Local, Cooking Fresh, and Emeril's New New Orleans Cooking, which introduced his creative take on Creole cuisine.
