Short in length, but long on thought. Excellent and I would recommend this as a gift for all new Moms and Dads. Everytime I think of this book, I wonder if we would have had the cure for cancer if everyone had read this book before....

I received Emily's Verse compliments of Matthew W. Pope for my honest review and LOVED it! Such a simple and elegant way to really draw a huge impact on the reader at the conclusion. You almost feel your very last breath slip away as you finish the book! This one has an ending you won't see coming. 5 out of 5 stars and a MUST Read for everyone! This is one book you won't want to miss out on.
Mandy Pope
Sensational read! I was moved by this book by the beauty of the words and the great way that the author, using few words, evokes such great emotion. The book is written using poems, one for each year of Emily's life. The journey, though it may be small in pages, will leave a lasting impression on the reader for a very long time! Excellent read!

Today I'm featuring Matt Pope, author of a slim but beautifully inspiring poetry-novel called Emily's Verse. The book is a little hard to describe--it might sound strange, a novel in the form of poems--but Emily's Verse is easy to read and quite moving, with a pro-life message that is well-done and powerful.
Toby Smith
This is a must read! The sensitivity of the author is exceptional. All churches, pro-life organizations, libraries - in fact, anyone that cares about life, should read it. I can't say enough good things about it. I highly recommend it!
