    Awesome!

This book is a good. I love how its a clean retelling of Emma. The part about being her knight was a creative way to bring in the name Mr. Knightly. I couldn't put the book down. I've read all the books in this series so far and cannot wait for the last 2 to come out. Until then I'll read Jenni's fairy tales. Jenni James has become my favorite modern writer and I'm so glad this finally came out on the Nook! I highly recommend it for all ages.
The characters are so sweet and real I can truly see something like this happening.

I loved this book! It was an excellent retelling on Jane Austen's Emma. Not only did it bring the story up to modern times but it was totally clean and you were truly wishing for the characters to work everything out. I like how some of the names from the original made there way into this version and Mr. Knightly was a Knight in shining armor for Emma to bring his name into it. I also like how all the Jane Austen Diaries are connected and working together. I know that this book while published seems like chronologically it should be the 3rd book and Northanger Alibi should be 4th. I love how believable the characters are and I can truly see this happening in a small town because while times change and things around us do character traits don't and Jenni James has captured those traits from the original and brought them into modern times.
Overall I loved the book its clean, fun and a great retelling. I wish it was on the Nook but until that happens I'll enjoy rereading it in the version I have.
