For years I have been reading articles by Phillip Moffit in Yoga Journal. Imagine my dismay when he was no longer writing for them but doing other work. I was very excited to find out that he had written the book which was the reason for quitting Yoga Journal writing.
I find the information very helpful particularly in learning to live in the present rather dreaming of the future or regretting/longing for the past.
The book works well with his other Life Balance internet offerings.
