Emotinal Fitness for Intimacy is one of those books you can open to any page and find something helpful for your relationship. With the economy falling apart and all the unrest going on in the world, it is more important than ever to keep love strong. This book helped us to stay connected when we wanted to shut down and retreat. It helped us realize that anything can be overcome as long as we stay focused on our feelings for each other. Most important, we are reminded to make our relationship a priority every single day. This way this book is designed makes that quick and easy to do. Every chapter is to the point.
