    Great Survival Book

Part one of this book presents the risk of an EMP attack, which is much greater than you might think. An attack on the US could cause electrical power to go out for a year or more. Electronic devices, including cars will stop working. Riots would start as food shortages develop in the cities and the violence spreads to the country.

The major part of this book deals with how to prepare for this scenario. The chapters include food, water, communications, faraday cages, emergency electrical power, heating, cooking, sanitation, and health issues.

I have already started preparing according to some of the recommendations in this book.
