About the Author

The author has almost 20 years in the Drug and Alcohol field. He has set up and maintains several successful labor based Member Assistance Programs, programs dedicated to assiting union and non union workers and their families suffering from the disease of Chemical Dependency and other mental health illnesses. He has a BS in Labor Studies and an MBA in Human Resources Administration and is currently the Program Director for a large union organization bsased in New York City. He is married to the same woman for 37 years, is 60 years of age, the father of 3 and the grandfather of 7.
