David Lewis is Professor of Employment Law and member of the Centre for Legal Research at Middlesex University. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an ACAS arbitrator.
Malcolm Sargeant is Professor of Labour Law at Middlesex University.
