    JUST WHAT I NEEDED....

I found this book to be very helpful in landing a new position with a world recognized company after a recent corporate "downsizing." I appreciate the manner in which Mr. Schulz shares his knowledge and expertise on what employers are "really" looking for in candidates and what may be going on behind the scenes that candidates are unaware of. The section regarding resumes helped me to polish my resume into one that grabbed the attention of my employer and got me the initial interview. I would highly recommend this book!

Employment Secrets reveals behind the scenes of hiring.

Employment Secrets helps future applicants or past rejected applicants understand why they are usually not given the real truth as to why they may not, or did not, get the job. Sometimes the potentially best applicants do not get the job....reasons are given as to why. A must read for high school and college students preparing for a career....and for applicants that are constantly rejected.
