    Excellent for those suffering and prepared to make moderate to significant lifestyle changes to get their health back

    I am very excited about this book. I purchased it originally to read about the anti-inflammatory diet, but found incredible amounts of other valuable information. Dr. Asa Andrew discusses all areas of health (and sickness) and what you can do naturally. Traditional medicine was not able to help me, but I have found much help in the pages of this book.

    An Amazing Guide to Health

    I am so proud to see this book making such a difference in the lives of many. My partner in clinical practice for over 23 years actually taught Dr. Asa during his rotations in Medical School. He said that he had an astute way of blending the traditional way of thinking with a more natural approach. After reading this book, I am amazed at how simple he has made the basic principles that will produce great health. From the food plan, to how the body actually works, the exercise plans, detoxifying the body, to even learning how to read your own blood work, Dr. Asa has really hit the mark on this book! My wife and I listen to him on the radio most nights, and I use his "health nuggets" in my clinical practice almost daily. It is great to see a man who took the time to learn naturopathic medicine, and then complete his MD and merge the two mindsets together. He is an asset to us all in the medical and health care fields.This book will challenge you to ignite a passion to make better lifestyle choices and leave a health legacy to your family. Thanks Dr. Asa!

    great overall read for healthy living

    this is a great read for those wanting to live a more healthy lifestyle...it is all common-sense stuff most of us as Americans should already know but often do not know. It will definitely get you to rethinking your eating habits, your environment, your mental health, etc., and hopefully to making healthy changes.

    my personal opinion is that his ultimate goal is to sell his products, which is disappointing; however, there is more than enough information in his book for individuals to make informed/educated changes on their own. I liked his approach which is from a biblical standard, and i like his positive encouragement.

    As someone with Rheumatoid Arthritis, I would caution others who have been diagnosed with diseases to seek their physicians for a cooperative effort to manage their diseases...Dr. Asa is not a medical physician or specialist. Striking out on your own could be more harmful than helpful.

    I NEVER THOUGHT

    THERE IS SO MUCH INFO IN THIS BOOK THAT MAKES SENSE THAT YOU NEVER THINK OF. I HAVE STARTED DOING ALOT, BUT NOT ENOUGH OF THE THINGS IN THIS BOOK AND I FEEL BETTER ALREADY.
