One of the things is that, it's hilarious when you need it and it's uplifting when you need it. It follows it's predecessor EMS: The Job Of Your Life, by being humorous and uplifting and also gives someone who is not in the EMS field a basic understanding of what those of us who do work in the field have to deal with on an almost constant basis. And for those who do work in the EMS field, we can relate to a lot of what the author has penned in the book because if it hasn't happened to us, it has happened to one of our partners. Was this review helpful? It is one of those books that follows its predecessor with one of those kinds of books where you can't wait to turn the page and read on. If you have wanted to know what EMS personnel do and how it can be at times, read EMS: The Job of Your Life and then this book. If you know someone who is or was in EMS, you can gain a little better understanding of what they go through on the job and day to day shifts. I would recommend this book to anyone who ever wanted to know what EMS personnel thinks at times and how frustrating it is for those of us who have driven and worked on ambulances. Was this review helpful? A page-turner just like the first one, but even better. You'll enjoy this book if you're in the business or not! It is funny and brutally honest. This is a buy you won't regret. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
