Purpose: It is intended to be a supplement to the course book for EMT students, or as a resource for practicing EMTs. It can also be used to assist EMT instructors. The authors' objectives are met.
Audience: This book is intended for the practicing EMT who wishes to have a source to refer to in the field. It can also be used as a supplemental teaching aide to help EMT students who are having trouble in their course, or who need assistance in the field. The author is a credible authority.
Features: It covers all areas of medicine, from A-Z, that an EMT may encounter. The appendix includes a very useful medicine table. The apgar table can be marked for easy access for childbirth. Tab markers should be included so that popular sites in the book can be easily accessed.
