Enchanted: The Works of Stevie Nicks

( 5 )

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Stephen Thomas Erlewine
Stevie Nicks certainly was a major star in the '70s and early '80s, both as a key member of Fleetwood Mac and as a solo artist. She had a long string of hit singles with the group and alone. Enchanted is devoted entirely to Nicks' solo career, containing no Mac hits whatsoever. All of her hits -- "Bella Donna," "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around," "Edge of Seventeen," "Leather and Lace," "Stand Back," "Talk to Me," "I Can't Wait" -- are here, as are minor singles and album cuts, non-LP B-sides, soundtrack cuts, unreleased items, demos, and live tracks. There are enough rarities to make this box necessary for collectors.

    Stevie is so adorable!

These songs from the Enchanted box set were fun to hear. I never had a favorite female rock singer until I found her. She's the most charming and outstanding singing goddess there is. What surprised me was that she made another Rhiannon version of her own and played the piano while singing it. I think it was another great version of it too. Rock On Stevie!

    Rarities Galore

Just the fact that "Gold" by John Stewart is on this collection makes it worth buying-especially since it is one of the most underrated killer songs of all time. If Stevie ever reads this I hope she feels that I am being nothing but completely honest here. Rock on.

STEVIE IS A TRUE GODDESS OF MUSIC

Well so far only 2 reviews, thats wrong Stevie deserves more than that, she is a true goddess of music, she is inspiration to so many, and her music just plain rocks. Stevie Nicks will definatly go down in history as one of the best women in the music business, between her solo career and with Fleetwood Mac what more could we ask for. Speaking for Stevie fans we hope she continues singing!!!!!

    INSPIRITION OF ENCHANTMENT 'S

SHE IS VERY UPLIFTING AND SHE HER VIEW'S WITH HER SONGS ABOUT HOW LOVESONES. ABOUT PASSION , SENSUALITY , LOYAL, DEVOTION, AND TRUST. HER WORDS ARE VERY MEANINGFUL AND BUILD CONNECTION TO TRUE LOVE DOES HAPPEN AND PREVAIL.....WISHES/DREAMS/MYSTICAL MAGIC. THAT BRING RELATIONSHIP'S CLOSER TO UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPT THE SPECIAL MOMENTS THAT ARE BEING SHARED IN OUR LIVES. THANK U.

Incredibly talented artist. All of her Top 40 hits are here, as are tracks that you may wish had been.
