    All Inclusive Book

    I've purchased many books on bodybuilding throughout the years. If I had to choose just one book to keep it would be this one. It covers a wide range of topics and the photography is motivational. The workout programs included are comprehensive. Though myself a natural bodybuilder, there is not one facet of the sport which is not examined. This includes the use of supplements and pharmaceuticals (which realistically play a major part especially at pro levels.)

    Great

    Loved it.Information was up-to-date and had beautiful illustrations. I've been bodybuilding for a while but it included info on stuff I hadn't thought about before. I also have arnold's encylopedia which is great from the historical perspective but I have found this more useful.

    Exactly what I've been looking for.

    I love this book. I'm always reading it for inspiration and to stay motivated. This book has the ansers to all my questions and I'm finally starting to see the results of my training
