Patricia Monaghan is one of the great scholars of Celtic and Goddess Traditions. This book is one that I refer to over and over again, and is an indispensable part of my library. Anything by Monaghan is amazing, but if you are interested in Celtic Mythology, this is truly a required volume! Wish I had more stars to give it!
