I absolutely love this book!! I have recommended it to others who want to learn to cook or advance their present skills. It is so well-written that even a novice cook will gain confidence in the kitchen from the easy to read directions and full color photographs.
I love this book. It helped me when I first started cooking and a recipe called for blanching vegetables. The book features full color photos that describe in detail basic and semi-advanced techniques. A must for every cookbook collector.
I recieved this book from a family member and it is my guide in the kitchen anything I need help with it is right there. This is a great book for anyone a good cook or bad this is the book for anyone in the kitchen.
