Spiritual teacher Adyashanti discusses a dozen topics related to the idea of awakening. He provides techniques for opening oneself to the realization that nothing exists but the experience of the moment. As one goes with the flow, one can be one with the flow, rather than separate from it. Sprinkling his ideas with anecdotes, Adyashanti speaks in an informal manner. Some of the topics are intense and invite private introspection. However, in general, the sessions are not particularly intimate in their presentation.
